Current lead times for bulk blending is 2-3 weeks
Due to the custom nature of our bulk blending service, all services become non-refundable once work has begun.
HOLIDAY SEASON NOTICE:
Any orders placed AFTER December 1st for Contract Blends, Production Orders, etc - will not be guaranteed to ship until January (or later) of the next calendar year.
Compounding (Contract Blend)
Our Compounding (Contract Blending) Service is available to Artisan, Independent and Niche Perfumers at a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 1kg (1000 grams) of Fragrance Concentrate only (not diluted). This service is available to Perfumers who have already created their formulation, and need to outsource the blending of their concentrated fragrance formula.Setup Fee Includes:
- Basic Package: SDS (Safety Data Sheet)
- Enhanced Package: SDS + IFRA & EU Allergen Reports (bundled pricing)
The one-time setup fee applies per formula. We've priced it as affordably as possible to maintain the quality and care your blends deserve. You can purchase 5-set up fees per order (5 formulas)
Please note: If you place multiple individual orders that exceed this limit, please be aware that delays in turnaround time are likely due to the increased volume.

Reformulation Sample (30g)
As part of our Compounding (Contract Blending) Service, we send out an evaluation sample for approval before blending up the minimum order (1 kg +). A single sample is included in the service free of charge.
The 'Reformulation Sample' product is available if the Perfumer needs us to reformulate their blend or needs an additional amount for R&D, QC, or other reasons. This covers the additional labor of requoting and entering a new formula into our regulatory software. If reformulation is requested due to an error on our part, this fee would not apply.
