Current lead times for bulk blending is 2-3 weeks
Due to the custom nature of our bulk blending service, all services become non-refundable once work has begun.
HOLIDAY SEASON NOTICE:
Any orders placed AFTER December 1st for Contract Blends, Production Orders, etc - will not be guaranteed to ship until January (or later) of the next calendar year.
Compounding (Contract Blend)
Our Compounding Service is designed for anyone who has already created their fragrance formulation and is looking to outsource the blending of their fragrance concentrate.
We compound your completed formula exactly as provided, to scale, using the ingredients and percentages specified in your formulation. Formulas should be created using ingredients available through Perfumer’s Apprentice; in some cases, we may also be able to accommodate customer-supplied or otherwise approved materials. This service is intended for completed formulas and does not include fragrance creation, formula development, reformulation, or scent evaluation.
*Our preference is that 95% of your ingredients to exist in our raw material library
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 1 kg (1,000 grams) per formula (once evaluation sample has been approved)
Our Compounding Service produces fragrance concentrate only. The concentrate is not diluted.A one-time setup fee is required for each formula. You can purchase 5-set up fees per order (5 formulas)

Reformulation Sample (30g)
As part of our Compounding (Contract Blending) Service, we send out an evaluation sample for approval before blending up the minimum order (1 kg +). A single sample is included in the service free of charge.
The 'Reformulation Sample' product is available if the Perfumer needs us to reformulate their blend or needs an additional amount for R&D, QC, or other reasons. This covers the additional labor of requoting and entering a new formula into our regulatory software. If reformulation is requested due to an error on our part, this fee would not apply.
