Return Policy

We can only accept returns that we have approved and entered into our system.

Personal taste in fragrance and flavor is very individualized and subjective. We certainly know that not every product will please every customer.
We encourage you to try the small sizes first, before purchasing large sizes.

In the event that a return has been approved by us, a return material authorization (RMA) number will be provided to reference. The product must be returned unopened/sealed, without damage to product or label, and within 30 days of receiving the initial order. The customer will have to coordinate their own shipping for the returning products.
A refund will be provided once the products have arrived and been inspected. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund.
