Odor Description: Woody, dry, herbal-patchouli, laurel leaf
Despite the shared CAS number and widespread listing of the two as equivalent this is not the same material as Poivrol (also manufactured by Symrise and only recently released): the latter has a distinctive spicy, black-pepper note which is almost entirely absent from the Mahagonate product.
