Because of the butter esters there can sometimes be a small amount of particulate formation that does not affect the flavor. These particles will float to the top of the bottle, just gently heat the bottle and shake and they will disappear.

Flavor Workshop Custard

*Note: not everyone likes this flavor, some customers say it tastes like real cheesecake, other customers do not like it at all. Please try a small bottle first!

This product does not need refrigeration, and will not spoil. Shelf life is at least 6 months from when we ship to you. After 6 months it might lose a bit of flavor, but it won't spoil.
