This material is a blended essential oil derived product. It contains a small amount of true Rosewood oil obtained from the leaves of the Rosewood tree. This is not a 100% pure product, however it is made from oils and naturally occurring constitutes to resemble 100% pure rosewood.

Although Rosewood is on the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES) Treaty, this Rosewood oil blend is CITES compliant, however, the result is that our Rosewood (Bois de Rose) oil is no longer pure and natural as it was in the past. Known constituents that make up the profile of this complex Rosewood Essential Oil blend are Ho Wood, linalool-rich essential oils, and fractions, and other ingredients found in the original product to mimic the effects and organoleptic profile of pure and natural rosewood.
