Odor Description: Herbal, Aniseed, Green.
Toscanol® has a powerful and linear anisic, sweet-spicy note of estragole (methyl chavicol), liquorice and sassafras oil character with a touch of saffron, myrtle, opoponax and carvi seeds.

Usage: Toscanol® can be used in all kind of accords to add anisic agrestic and aromatic character. Useful in fine fragrance and in consumer products as a substitute for basil oil, tarragon oil, synthetic estragole (methyl chavicol) and safrole.

Use level: 0.1% - 5%
