water soluble smooth and creamy - great combined with fruit flavors this is not a strong flavor, and because of the butter esters there can sometimes be a small amount of particulate formation that does not affect the flavor. these particles will float to the top of the bottle. just gently heat the bottle and shake and they will disappear

water-soluble - reformulated - no PG This is a "stripped-down" version of our cinnamon that contains mostly cinnamaldehyde and a touch of eugenol. It is more like the candy than true cinnamon. Cinnamaldehyde is the main molecule in natural cinnamon bark, and this molecule, like pure cinnamon oil, should not be stored in non-HDPE plastic. * Note: cinnamaldehyde can vary from being slightly yellow to very yellow, and so there will be color variations with this flavor. water soluble This is a different style of cotton candy that is more similar to "Blue" Cotton Candy. This is not a "strong" flavor. It is made with ingredients that are crystals/powders, and if we try to make it much stronger then these crystals will start to "precipitate" out. Specsheet |

when we sent out samples of this flavor, it was named "Cookie". but one of the reviewers (Rachel S) let us know that it tasted just like the Kettle Corn at the circus. and yes, we think she's right! this is not a really super-strong flavor, but it is very nice! water soluble This flavor is very similar to the Red Bull Energy drink, but of course it is not the exact formula. We received an email from Marc. R. suggesting customers add 2% of our Cola Syrup flavor. He goes on to say that with this addition, this flavor is (and i quote): " SPOT ON! PERFECT, just like the drink Red Bull. **** New - We have increased the strength of this flavor to 20% This is a sour note that can be used with other flavors for a "sour-candy" effect. It is Malic Acid at a 20% dilution in PG Water soluble |
water soluble a light cream, very useful for blending with other ingredients. this is called sweet cream, but it is not really that sweet, but can lend an all-around milky character to other ingredients. Please just be aware that since this is an all natural flavor, it is very delicate. It should smell milky, with light buttermilk/cheesy notes. This flavor does not need refrigeration, and will not spoil. Shelf life is at least 6 months from when we ship it to you.
