All orders placed before noon on 12/21/2020 will be shipped by Wednesday 12/23/2020.

 

Why can’t I check out?

Checkout functionality of our website will be turned off for the Holidays and we will be closed. 

Where is my order?

We sincerely apologize if you have not received your order yet. For your convenience, you can go to your Order History see all your orders with tracking information. You can also try following up directly with your carrier if the order has been shipped already.

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

Please send an email to admin@perfumersapprentice.com and we will follow-up on your shipment and respond as soon as possible when we return

I received a damaged product or shipment, what should I do?

Please send an email to admin@perfumersapprentice.com and we will follow-up as soon as possible when we return.

My order is stuck in customs and/or I need additional regulatory documentation, what should I do?

Please send a detailed email to shipping@perfumersapprentice.com and we will follow-up as soon as we return.
