IFRA Conformity Certificate

IFRA Conformity Certificate:
This is a Certificate that gives percentage maximums based on individual raw materials and sets usage limits for most fragrance applications.
Usage limits are based upon current IFRA (International Fragrance Association) Standards as of the 48th Amendment.

IFRA Conformity is not a legal requirement in the USA, but is required and regulated in the EU. We do not have reporting or enforcement obligations, therefore, our IFRA Conformity Certificates are intended for educational, research and development purposes only. The Certificates we provide comply with EU regulatory requirements provided you are following the usage limits outlined in your product. As members of the International Fragrance Association of North America (IFRANA), we believe in the importance and value of a self-regulated industry. It is our goal to help ensure the self-governance of the fragrance industry by educating and empowering Artisan and Independent Perfumers with the data available to promote public safety.

IFRA Conformity is based upon CAS #'s, therefore in order to ensure the most accurate report we need the following:
Every CAS # in the formulation, including proprietary blends must be provided to us. In the event you have a proprietary blend and do not know it's raw material formula, please request an IFRA Conformity Certificate from your supplier. A reputable supplier will be able to provide this. If that is not an option, we can analyze your blend via GCMS/GCFID in order to provide IFRA data.
